We only have one level of
support contract! We
do not grade our response or
commitment to our clients as
"Bronze", Silver" and "gold", or
"Basic", "Standard" and
"Premium"
Pay a low monthly fee for all
on-site, remote and telephone
support. No set amount of hours
per month, use us as and when
needed.
In addition Imtex will
monitor the health of your
systems and carry out
preventative maintenance and
fixes as standard.
